LARGE ENSEMBLE FESTIVAL
YCMEA Large Goup Festival

Venue - Gila Ridge High School
The YCMEA Large Group Festival is an adjudicated festival for junior high and high school and middle school bands, orchestras, and other ensembles.

DIRECTORS: Please bring 3 "Original" scores, NO PHOTOCOPIES. All measures must be numbered.

Each ensemble will have:
20 minutes - warm up
20 minutes - performance
20 minutes - clinic with one of the judges.
Each group will receive written and/or taped comments from three adjudicators as well as a clinic with one of the judges who heard the performance.

Fees: $75.00 per ensemble
There is an addition $25.00 fee for any non-YCMEA member
YCMEA or the host site will provide only the following equipment for the festival:
Chairs
Stands
Bass Drum
Timpani
Each director is responsible for all other equipment.
Please include in your itinerary enough time so that your students have the opportunity to listen to some of the other bands. Also, please instruct your students on proper etiquette for being an audience member at a festival.
